I combine many stages into one. Many parts merge as vestiges of previous lives, roles or masks. I use imagery from a variety of theatrical traditions from puppetry to pantomime to Commedia del Arte. I move beyond the seven stages of man to encompass an expanded range of storytelling including evolution, imagination and possible futures.
